The Role:
- be the champion of our marketing, responsible for its delivery from content posting to influencer outreach
- be ‘the linchpin’ between our new digital product, the OFP brand and our community
- take the lead on our PR & media comms requirements within the business, including an element of client work
- you'll be an expert on all things social and expected to stay on top of and educate others on trends
- develop our audience segmentations, sympathetic to culturally, demographic & behavioural shifts
- be prepared to spend time with consumers to really get under the skin of how we’re doing
- continuously monitor effectiveness with analysis and visualisation to show where we can improve
- you'll love copywriting, especially for social
- form strategically smart creative ideas that can develop into larger campaigns over time
- help develop and execute more ground-breaking ideas as the product launch unfolds
- balance multiple projects, maintaining strong relationships with our creators, team and extended family
Skills You'll Bring:
- a proven track record in content strategy & community development using both organic & paid
- have experience of working in a progressive tech startup or scale-up business environment
- you’ll be able to articulate logical reason for marketing strategies & tactics - cross format & platform
- experience of executing beyond social posting (eg paid social, email & CRM, webinars, influencers etc.)
- a demonstrable passion, curiosity and experience in making creative content on social platforms
- you’ll be a visual person, driven by design and with a clear sense of trending style
